Alliance Industries Ltd., the largest company for the development, production and marketing of patent-based tires, chose one of the generic Mashups as the basis for the Operational Performance project for senior management.
The system unites a large number of KPI's, operative and operational data, and was born out of the management's need to analyze the company's indicators in every status meeting, such as compliance with goals, performance, stocks, shipment status and more.
This dashboard is designed for desktop and mobile use. It consolidates information from 5 different QVFs and provides senior management with a quick and factual view of the company's situation. The company's management opens every morning by going over this dashboard which is displayed on a plasma screen during the meeting.
ICL’s CDO approached us after they already had a lot of dashboards in Power BI, but he was not satisfied with their user experience.
In this project, which was the first of dozens of projects we carried out together, we built a tight characterization and design system in accordance with the principles of Data Visualization, the needs of the project and the capabilities of the platform.
In a methodical process of examining needs, defining dashboard goals, defining users and more, we built full mockups of the system while continuously communicating with the users, until complete satisfaction. After that we developed the system.
The system is accessible on desktop and mobile.
The system was distributed to about 5,000 users around the world and was highly praised and successful.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange has decided to establish a platform that will allow its users to analyze their stock data against competitors in an accessible and easy-to-use manner.
The application is intended for many users, including a wide variety of financial managers and CEOs, and for this, an excellent UX is required that will make the system accessible and facilitate its implementation.
The characterization process included a user survey and the construction of work screens according to Data Visualization principles and finally the full stack development of the system.
The application is accessible for use on both desktop and mobile and has received many praises and high satisfaction.
IKEA Mobile Mashup
A mobile application for the company's management that enables quick and user-accessible analysis of sales and inventory data.
The application allows the CEO and VPs of the company to see the status of their sales from anywhere and at any time easily and independently.
The user's research process includes viewing the sales data for the previous month or cumulative annual, diving into the data by departments, comparison between departments, by researching a certain item and analyzing the sales against the inventory of each item.
Tnuva Mobile Mashup
Sales analysis application for senior management of the company, implemented
to enable company managers to investigate sales data from anywhere and at any
time efficiently while enabling easy and simplified data analysis. The system
comprises 6 key metrics in the sales field presented at both the company-wide
level and by departments, sub-departments, categories, and more. The system
includes the analysis of the company's market share against its competitors,
providing trend analysis over time. This breakthrough application empowers
managers with the ability to control the company's performance and solve
events in real-time.
